Sector 9 Skateboards Looking Glass Longboard - 2011

The Sector 9 Looking Glass Longboard is a finely-tuned carving machine. The drop-trough truck design puts your center of gravity closer to the ground for improved balance, while the big, grippy slalom wheels and nimble shape make pumping and carving almost effortless.

  • Wheel colors on completes may vary, but the deck graphic will be as pictured

Bottom Line: Picture yourself on the Looking Glass.

fun little board...NOT FOR DOWNHILL!

By:

the last reviewer is right that this only fits gullwing sidewinders but this is the most fun longboard that i own. its not made for any other trucks as you wouldn't be bombing a hill with a board that's only 33.75" long. that's a bucket full of sketch in my book. i use this one for getting from A to B if A to B isn't too far and doesn't include a paved everest. its a perfect campus cruiser since its so small and has a kick tail. the sidewinders are a huge breakthrough when it comes to maneuverability. it turns on a dime and i never get bored of riding this. i have another board for bombing hills but i use this one most of the time for everyday transportation...

p.s...I raced some neighborhood kids on this instead of using my downhill board...bad idea. like i said, not made for speed. 27 stitches later and ive been eating meals out of a straw for about a week now. DO NOT BOMB HILLS WITH THIS! Still a ton of fun otherwise and if youre using it to get to class or something, go with this board

the only trucks that even fit on it are sidewinders, chargers don't fit because of the placement of the screws and the cut out in the deck. this board sucks don't bother with it.

waste of money

this board is crap. they don't tell you that the only trucks you can use on it is the gullwing sidewinders which suck on this board. sidewinders don't belong on a drop through deck. do yourself a favor and don't get anything out of the sidewinder series. i'm disappointed with sector 9 and their marketing of this series.
