Sessions Blur Insulated Pant - Women's - 2009
Sessions gave the Women's Blur Insulated Pant 80-grams of synthetic insulation for cold days and inseam vents for warm days, so you can ride in any conditions without worries. Ankle gaiters keep the snow from filling your boots when you drop into a big powder field, and critically taped seams add to water resistance. Sessions added a fleece lining inside the knees and seat to keep you warmer when you're strapping in at the top of the hill.

My natural waist is 29, but I always wear them lower, 30".
I'm 5'2, 115lbs. Since these had adjustable waist tabs, I bought a small. With the waist tabs as tight as they would go, they were still too big. I could pull them down to my hips. Unfortunately I could not exchg for xsmall, so I returned them.
If they had fit, I wouldve rated them perfect.
