You’ll be producing your own line of gnarly in the Sessions Women’s Generator Jacket. It’s great for almost any snow conditions thanks to its high waterproof rating; you can wear it in the whiteout or the slush. The fleece lined pockets give your hands a place to warm up, and if you’re too hot unzip the underarm vents and release some excess heat. If you take a dive into the deep stuff you’ll be glad you have the snap-away powder skirt protecting your body from a snowy invasion. The only thing this jacket doesn’t do is produce its own heat.

so, it doesn't look like this jacket has wrist gaiters?... does it? also what is the fit on it like -- is it pretty big or more of a slim fit? i'm about 5"5, little less than 120lbs...

The jacket has Lycra inner cuffs to keep snow out. It's a true fit jacket so the fit isn't too tight or too loose. Measurements for a small are 29 in. length, 21.5 in. bust, 19 in. waist and 33 in. sleeve
