Sessions MVP Jacket - Men's - 2011

The Sessions MVP Jacket hooks up vintage track-jacket style in a fully functional shred-ready design. Features Sessions' Trend fit (slightly slimmer and longer for a more modern look). Sherpa fleece lining brings warmth where you need it without adding bulk, and the built-in whistle on the front zipper lets you annoy your friends all day long...or whistle for help in the backcountry.

You may want to go with a medium. Reading Brandon's review below, he's 6' 180 and the jacket was a little big on him.

Great Quality Jacket!

This jacket is sweet! It has that soft shell feel but is super tough & waterproof. The body of the jacket is insulated just as the pictures indicate & is very warm. The sleeves are more of a slim fit without insulation. Has all of the typical Sessions qualities that I love and it's not over logo'd.
The only drawback for me is that it's long. I am 6 ft, 180 lbs, and always wear Large for everything but as mentioned, this jacket is a little long in both the body and sleeves. I have a long reach(74") and even the sleeves are a tad bit long. It's not a showstopper for me on the size as I typically layer up and and the length isn't at all going to get in the way and affect my ride. This is the reason for not giving it 5 stars. You may want to size down to a Medium if you are my size or a little smaller and don't want a jacket that hangs down past your booty just a smidge.

Anyone knows the sizing on these...the guides on the Sessions

Anyone knows the sizing on these...the guides on the Sessions website makes no sense and no local shops has these... I wear large T-shirt, but often only need medium hoodies/jackets.
Fairly big chest/wide shoulders, so I wonder if a medium might be too tight?
