The 30mm driver mashes up juicy sound

Cheap price, good quality, awesome fit, easy use. The best thing about these headphones is the mic and music controls! Everyone wants to skip a song every once and a while and it's great not having to open up your jacket take out your phone and change the song. The only thing this headphone is missing is volume control but even with that, no complaints at all, and hey I'm sure volume control will be on the Icon 3!
I LOVE IT! they fit nicely on your noggin, they don't slip off when you take a spill in the park. the pause button and mic are a great addition to the tradition. you can rock these puppies under almost anything, and over about everything. you might wanna watch out if you think your head might be as big as this kid that goes to my school. whenever he sits in front of you you have to stand up to see over him. his head is huge! it doesn't help that he is as annoying as crap either. but none the less, these are good headphones, but im telling you dude, if you got a big head, they might not fit over that extra large helmet. (or a small either) oh yeah. one more thing. GET MONEY. GET PAID.

I bought these sukkas because I was over having the Apple style in-ear buds to listen to my music and was sick of the stabbing in the ears.
Skullcandy are renowned for their quality product and they sure deliver on these as well. For such a cheap product, they don't skimp on the quality. The head phones fit like a glove on any size head with their adjustable height and can stretch wide enough, even for the largest melon heads.
Durability is also a key point to these headphones and can bend in almost any which-way with its almost rubber like construction. These bad boys also come with a pretty decent length of "rope like" cord, giving you enough slack to play with.
Skullcandy Have also incorporated the inbuilt microphone and call button which is a step up from the last Icon Headphones they had out. They also come with another pair of skins, just in case you want to mix it up a bit.
Sound quality is pretty reasonable for something of this price. You get all the spectrum, from the heavy basslines that you might play or the highs of a screaming solo, they've got the whole spectrum covered.
they are amazing the first two-ish weeks of owning them... but after that, especially if you ride with them, they start to cut out in one ear... and then the other. the connection from plug, to chord is pretty feeble. if you are suck on skull candy, you will buy a lot of these in one season
Seriously. These things are pretty reliable. I took a few slams in the park last year. I thought for sure i'd wreck these baby's. but it turns out they were totally fine. Not the greatest sound, but they fit well over a hat/goggles. Plus they can fit backwards under a helmet and not fall off. Or, just chillen around your neck when the beats aren't pumpin' pretty sick
1) Are these uncomfortable to wear under your goggle strap? 2) how is the bass on them? I haven't used headphones that don't have that seal around them to let that bass kick since like 10 years ago so idk if the technologies have changed bass wise.
Ive been wearing these headphones under my goggle strap for a few seasons now. In my perspective, they are super comfortable compared to ear buds that hurt your ears because you have to keep smashing them into your ear. Also I like these headphones because you can easily slip off one side of the headphones if someone is trying talking to you. With ear buds you you can easily pull out one ear bud, but getting them back in, in a comfortable position is pretty hard with gloves on. I definitely recommend these if you just wear a beanie and goggles.
For what you would expect, these are great headphones. Overall, they have pretty good sound quality (not great when there is a lot of background noise), awesome style, but pretty bad build quality. The Skullcandies never are really built to last but they'll withstand a couple good hits, just be careful with the cord. Best thing about these is the in-line mic, making it easy to change your tunes, and the styles and colors they come in.
Pretty cool at first, but then after awhile they break. I'm pretty careful with my stuff, but I've gone through two pairs already because the sound cuts out in one side after awhile; and they fit kinda weird. The sound's pretty good, but needless to say, I'm not getting another pair.
The first pair of skullcandy headphones i bought and i love em!! They do fit werid when they sit just on your head but if you have baseball cap or a beanie your golden. If you have a silicone strip on ur gogs then they get stuck on em and move your beanie all around so just be aware of that. These things have been trough the grinder i dropped em down my stairs landed on em snowboarding an there still fine!! all around good headphones! Good sound too!!
These bad boys are sick nasty, great for shredding the park cause they stick to your head like glue when you rock em under the goggles. the mic/play button is so helpful especially when im rocking tunes with the iPhone, no need to take off the gloves to answer a call either. all in all a great buy especially for 25 bucks. bottom line GET THEM
Picked up a set of these in the Rasta color scheme. Honestly, they fit kind of weird, and they're not too terribly comfortable. But the sound quality is decent, and they ride well under a set of goggles. If you're looking for something cheap to wear around, or something simple to take riding, pick up a set. They're not bad.
These have held up well for me. I've had them for a few months and my stupid roommate just sat on them. I thought they'd be ruined but they are still going strong! We'll see how snowboarding treats them but so far so good. The sound quality doesn't blow your mind but i'm satisfied for the price and size. Get some-
Great fit, size, and sound for the money. Do what they should and the in line mic is very convenient. Be warned it doesn't work that swell with my android device, it is made to work better with Apple products. (Galactica pictured with replacement caps)
I loved the Icon 1s and I love the Icon 2s. If you want something that sounds ok, is super light, and might even fit under your helmet, these are the ones. The remote comes in handy too, depending what you have it hooked up to.
These headphone are great ! Lightweight and sounds good. They will actually stay on your head when you ride. The MIC is awesome, it allow you to skip(forward and backward) pause your music and as soon as you get a call it gets transferred on your phone. The Mic is ok to speak with unless it's windy outside. The downside is that they won't last long! Trust me i am very careful with everything i own still i go trough at least 2-3 pair a year. The cable plastic or nylon tend to rip and loosing sound in one hear might happen. Still though great style, great sound, great headphone overall.
These headphones suck. They feel awkward and fall off easy. They only work if you have a hat or beanie on. The sound is o.k. but nothing special. If your just going to wear them skiing or boarding, then they would be fine, but otherwise don't get them.
I've been using these for snowboarding for the last 2 years and they are perfect! They are small and fit comfortably under your goggles which help hold them on your head when you get inverted and also hold them against your ears for superior sound! You can also move them off an ear or 2 so you can year what's going on around you and still hear your music! They also have a grippy rubber on the top that holds onto your beanie so it stays put and doesn't move back and forth. These are so comfortable that your forget you are wearing them!. They also work ell with Siri if you are using an iPhone 4s to check the time, check or reply to a text, or to make or receive a call! The only issue I have had with these is sometimes the button will get pushed in between my chin and my jacket and it will pause my music.
I got the Rasta color and I wear them snowboarding and I love them! They stay in your head really will while getting inverted or slamming hard with the rubber grip on the top. I highly recommend these headphones to any snowboarder and they come with a mic so you can answer your iPhone without freezing your fingers off on those cold days!
