let me just start of by saying this is one of the warmest jackets i have ever worn. i have worn this jacket on negative days with only a t-shirt on and stayed toasty warm. now to the not so great. the jacket does start to get caught on the velcro from the jacket. i tried to alleviate some of this by placing velcro strips over the velcro down the zipper. if the jacket gets caught on the velcro it will rip and pull the fabric out. as someone that uses their goggle pocket, i was a little disappointed when i came to find no goggle pocket when it is clearly advertised as having one. i think the jacket looks sick and is super warm. but any color buy black may be not a great idea

Bought this jacket back in October for $300 getting ready for the winter season in NY. After lightly using the jacket for about 2 weeks i noticed the area under the right arm began to fade. After i while i noticed the material of the jacket was getting caught on the Velcro. Now the whole area under the right arm is faded and it looks terrible for having payed so much. But besides cosmetic difficulties the jacket is insanely WARM. My upper body stays toasty with only a t-shirt under and it being about 5 Degrees outside.

I was disappointed because the chain design is actually jet black and so its barely visible, and a bit reflective so I suppose it looked grey with the photo flash. It just kind of a plain black jacket. Also the description says the hood is removable and this is entirely not true. The hood sits very awkwardly so wearing it casually without the hood on it looks a bit weird. These were enough reasons for me to send this one back as paying 240 for a jacket you should get what you want.
