Would a base layer and fleece be enough under this to keep warm

Would a base layer and fleece be enough under this to keep warm on those 10 degree days? and does this jacket have the longer fit like most other 686 jackets?

Yep, a baselayer and fleece will keep you mad toasty under this jacket. It's got a really good waterproof rating, which means it's also very windproof. It has the same, longer fit as other 686 jackets. You're good to go!
