Arbor Pin Longboard - 2005

The Arbor Pin Longboard means you don't have to stop carving turns when all the snow melts. The soft-flexing deck and long wheelbase have a solid feel when you lean into carves down smooth streets. Arbor gave the Pin Longboard a wide platform in front, so it's easy to shift your weight forward and skid the back wheels if you need to bleed off some speed. Arbor built the Pin from Hardrock Maple with a finish ply of Hawaiian Koa coated in a clear re-grip. Each Arbor longboard has a unique look, and the clear grip means you don't have to cover the styled deck with grip tape.

Bottom Line: The Arbor Pin Longboard is a pure carver with an oversized wheelbase and wide deck for those who live to carve deep laid-out turns.

Awesome carving board

By:

This is without a doubt in my mind the best stock board I have ever ridden, In fact hold that thought I'd go so far as to say this is the best board I have ridden period. The reason this board rocks my socks so much is because it can carve with the best of the carving boards I have seen out there, but on top of that this thing can get you hauling if you’re in for it. The problem I find out there with some of the new boards designed for carving such as a "Carveboard" or various other brands out there, is that they really can get going fast, for me that's a problem because I really enjoy going fast. My only complaint with this board is the deck is very squeaky, but it really hasn’t bothered me too much to be honest.

best board

I rode the Pin longboard all last summer. Now I can't wait until the good weather is back. Because of the thickness of the deck the Pin is silky smooth when carving and keeps going on the flats while still affording plenty of flex without being too bendy.

Decent

Besides me getting pissed off at the mail guy trying to get it delivered on time, its great. the koa wood neer the top of the Arbor Pin Longboard is cracking a little, I think when it was assembled the front hardware was a little tight and caused the Koa top to crack. I just bought a Freeboard, its awesome.
