Arbor Kelly Slater Series Longboard - 2007

When Kelly Slater isn't surfing, or luxuriating in his Hawaiian bungalow, napping on a pile of gold medals and counting his endorsement revenue, he's arcing mathematically perfect asphalt carves on his signature series Arbor Longboard. The Kelly Slater Series is a mid-sized pointed pintail with a composite fiberglass/wood layup. Four-ply, sustainably-sourced hardrock maple wrapped in a double layer of fiberglass provides great flex and years of durability. A single veneer of koa atop the concave deck and a Japanese-influenced ukulele-player base graphic put the finishing touches on this primo ride.

Bottom Line: Win 8 world surfing championships, then date Gisele, and Arbor will make you a signature longboard too.

i want to give longboarding a shot cuz next winter is too far away (even with timberline in the summer)...this a decent board for a first timer?...probly wont see too many hills, just long open spaces (trails, beaches, whatever)

This is a perfectly fine board for starters. but the thing that would make it even better for trails or sidewalks, is great bearings. Do a little research on some good bearings then add them to the board for better useage

So I just looked it up, and dogfunk can't ship longboards to anywear outside of the US and Canada because it would cost them like near $100 to do so and shipping insurance and stuff like that on top of it is just too expensive...sorry bro
