B by Burton Journey Softshell Jacket - Women's - 2008

Life is a highway and if you’re gonna ride it you’ll probably want to snag the B by Burton Women’s Journey Softshell Jacket. Dryride fabric keeps the water out while still breathing, and a Teddy Bear Fur lining feels like fuzzy dice all over your body. When it’s not snowing, pull off the detachable hood like opening up the convertible top on a sports car and feel the wind in your hair. Burton’s slim fit hugs your waist like a seat belt, accentuating your curves.

Bottom Line: Great curves deserve the B by Burton Journey Softshell Jacket.

Only if you dont want black

Loved the jacket, Did not like the color. Faded black was more like dusty grape. If you want it to go with black pants do not get this one. The jacket fit was nice but did not come in a color that I wanted.

Write your question here... I have found that in burton sizing i have had to go down a size in the pants. I am an australian size 12, do you think medium would be the right size in this jacket

First off, know that we aren't able to ship Burton outside of the United States.

Australian size 12 is equivalent to a US size 10. Medium would probably fit you. Follow the size chart and measure yourself to be sure.

this jacket is awesome, though will not cut it on the coldest days. nice and fitted, very flattering. only negative is the hood, which is too small to fit over a helmet and too big to wear with just a hat.

It's not bright white - more ivory and I agree with the previous reviews about not being able to tighten the cuffs around your wrists. You should def have gloves that fit over it. What was supposed to be a spring day turned out to be a storm day and the jacket kept me plenty warm with just a thermal and a tee underneath. Overall a nice looking jacket. There wasn't anything about it that made me want to return it. I do like that you can take off the hood and powder skirt and kick it around town.
