Bern Baker 8 Tracks Audio Helmet - 2007

Bern made the Baker Helmet 8 Tracks Audio Helmet with multi-impact Brock technology for skiing, snowboarding, biking, skating, and more. And the high fidelity 8 Tracks headphone system cranks your tunes while you ride. As the flagship of the Bern line, the Baker Helmet has found its place with alternative sports' athletes who don't want a whole closet full of helmets to cover all their activities. The closed-cell Brock lining holds a hard hat rating. This Bern helmet takes hit after hit without deforming, which makes it a better helmet for a snow park or dirt jump session rather than a massive cliff drop. Plug you music player right into the Baker's 8 Track audio system and ride to the beat. Bern integrated the 8 Tracks audio system right into the cold weather knit liner—turn the tunes up on solo days or leave it out when you don't need musical accompaniment.

Bottom Line: The Bern Baker 8 Tracks Audio Helmet—head protection for headbangers.

Bern Helmet Review

By:

The bern helmet is an awesome helmet. It looks good, and it feels good. The only complaint i have is, the head phones they. cut out a lot. I know i don't have a defective one because my brother has the same helmet, with the same headphone problem.

I bought this helmet and loved it however after about 4 trips up to the mountain the audio quit working so i sent it back and got the other ear pads and audio and I had the same problem with the new one as the old one. I would recommend this helmet to someone without the audio feature.

Bern Baker 8 Tracks

Warning: "this is not a helmet". This is in fact a "hard hat" which has a softer lining than a true helmet. Regardless, I decided to give it a shot. I took a few impacts and the "hard hat" prevailed. The speakers are good but not skullcandy quality. There is a way to access the volume quickly. I liked this "hard hat".

It really feels comfortable, I never wanted a helmet because I didn't wanna sacrifice the comfortability for safety...but after 1 too many concussions I was stoked in getting this one. It definantly works out well with the headphones already in the hat. I was pleased with the purchase.
