Burton Punch Snowboard - Boys' - 2006

With pro-level technology and an engineered-for-kids flex, the Burton Kids' Punch Snowboard will take the next generation of boarders into the stratosphere. The Punch Snowboard combines key elements from Burton's high-end boards—like a fast and durable Lightspeed base and a Super Fly wood core—with a kid-specific construction for maximum performance in a small package. This lightweight board's forgiving flex makes it easy to learn to carve and gives junior the response to charge hard. No one stays a beginner snowboarder for long, so Burton gave this year's Punch Snowboard a True Twin shape so the grommet can practice 180s and ride away clean. With this versatile snowboard, the mini shredder will be learning to turn at the beginning of the season and sliding rails by the end. *Available for US Shipment Only.

Bottom Line: The future of snowboarding rides on the Burton Punch Snowboard.

my neighbor is 14 but small for his size, and is just starting out. and he wasn't sure about buying a board from the "boys" section but, I've tested it and there is no big difference from my new K2. but its amazing how that board is. a recommended buy

Burton Punch

The Burton Punch is the best juniors board I've ridden. The flex is really nice too. It's good for jibs, rails, and some big airs, I ride park and its perfect. It's a really good park board, butits also good for learning to.

A great board for my little ripper

As a snowboard instructor I see tons of kids snowboards and hear all about them. Of any one I see and play around with, testing flex and watching kids ride. This one stands out as an excellent performer. A bit more advanced then the average kids board but not so much so that it is hard to control. Great for the natural little rider who needs to step up from his Wal-Mart beginning board.
