Burton AK 3L Hover Softshell Pant - Men's

When Mother Nature bares her teeth, Burton's premier Gore-tex shell, the Men's AK 3L Hover Pant, provides bomber, lightweight protection. This technical shell pant’s outer Gore-Tex fabric ensures not a drop of moisture infiltrates the pants and keeps thing breathable when you sweat. Burton used 8mm and 13mm Tiny Tape to seal the seams, along with water-resistant zippers, to cut the weight of the AK 3L Hover Pant even further. Ballistic nylon paneling provides killer durability, so you'll be wearing these pants for many seasons to come. In warmer weather, unzip the Hover Pants exterior hip vents to dump some heat. Burton’s signature fit provides you with enough room to move, without feeling overly baggy. - Fall 2008.

STEEZY... but overpriced @ $400 MSRP

Nice pants. Very dry. Well constructed. Large fits pefect in legnth and waist for my 33W32L body. A little pricy though for shell only. I feel that pants with a $400 MSRP should have insulation or preferebly a removable liner. Also the side vents are just open to the inside and let snow in, completely rendering the waterproofness useless. For $400 Burton could have and should have thrown some mesh in there. Got mine for $150 @ TheHouse.com

Yo I haven't rocked the pants yet...bought em for next season.
But let it be know that Dog funk is RAD! Some complications came up during my order but from start to finish this company was cool all the way through.

I will continue to buy through dog funk as long as the service level stays at this high caliber!
