Burton Feelgood Snowboard - Women's

Kelly Clark and Molly Aguirre drive the development of Burton's legendary Women's Feelgood. Join up. Burton designed the all-mountain freestyle Feelgood with a women's-specific size and a medium flex. The Feelgood Snowboard's Carbon I-Beam gives enhanced longitudinal snap, and Dualzone EGD construction delivers precision edge hold when you charge hard. Burton's Super Fly II wood core is super smooth and solid at high speeds, and the profiled tip and tail handle the pow and reduce swing weight. This means you can ride the directional Feelgood Snowboard from the trees to the terrain park. NOTE: You might get a different color than what is shown here. We can't control it. But we know you'll be stoked. *Available for US Shipment Only. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: The Burton Feelgood Snowboard—snappy, strong feel-good, not fuzzy, mushy feel-good.

AMAZING

I got this snowboard last year (and it was much more expensive :(... ) the dealer that i got it from said it was a huge upgrade. from freestyle to all mountain. if you want to go fast and not lose control of your board THIS IS IT. i had problems with my last snowboard, if i hit a certain speed it'd shake. this board has no problem bombing down a mountain at all. I chose this over the mens burton custom. I don't regret it at all... other then the fact that i got it a little big and it can be hefty to lift and turn. so if you plan on doing freestyle go for a smaller size.
Notes:
* It turns beautifully
* Rides over bumps like they aren't there
* Floats down the mountain
* Loads of "pop" when you take of a jump
* Has won me a couple of races :)
I plan on keeping this board for another 2 years if they don't improve the model even more.

Excellent Board! Worth the investment!

Someone told me the Feelgood is not good for beginners b/c it's hard to control. I'd only been boarding 5 or 6 times when I bought the board, and I think it handles amazingly well.
It turns really easily, and just flies down the mountain - now I can keep up with my "pro" friends. My skill level and confidence has exploded with this board.
The Feelgood would be too fast for someone who is just starting out, but if you already know your turns, this is the board for you.
(I'm 5'4", 139lbs and have a 155- I wouldn't go any shorter - it's just right for me)

This is 3D, all bindings are compatible. Re: bindings, you usually get what you pay for. Escapades or Lexas are pretty popular choices. Ride Sigma would also be a good choice.

Hey Cass,
I would highly suggest the Burton escapade binding to match the Feelgood. It has a medium flex, gel cushioning to soak up chatter and rough landings, and is designed to perform all over the mtn, just like the feelgood!

This is how I roll!

I had the first day on my Feelgood yesterday. This is an awesome board that will definitely take your boarding to another level. After one day up the hill on the Feelgood I was already mastering tricks that I couldn't achieve on my previous board. I am 5'7" and around 140 and I demo-ed three sizes and settled on going for the shorter 149 cm. This little pocket rocket carves faster than a chef in a roast turkey competition and it grips even in the iciest conditions. It's nice and flexi to let you try some fun freestyle tricks. I would recommend to any one that is past the real beginner stage. Love it!!

so far Excellent!

This board is an upgrade from a 1997 147 cm Fosser...I went longer (Im 5'5 riding the 154) and thus far, in spring slush and ice, and even though the length is longer, she is performing better than any board I have ever ridden. My turns around moguls are better than ever, and it grabs ice really well too! Other bonuses: nice takeoff over bumps. I am so stoked for next season!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
