Burton Deuce Snowboard - 2008

Play with a stacked deck when you ride the Burton Deuce Snowboard. Burton built a directional flex into this ripping twin so that you get the benefits of both shapes. A vertical sandwich of hard and soft woods in the Super Fly core saves weight and maximizes snap and response, and wood grain positioned along the toe and heel edges (perpendicular to the rest of the core) gives ink-red-a-bull edge hold and durability. Biax React fiberglass features a low torsional flex and forgiving feel, which provides ideal conditions to take your tricks to the next level. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: Deuces are wild.

Burton Deuce Snowboard 2009

By:
April 23, 2009

My equipment: Burton Deuce 2009 (158 wide) with Moto Snowboards and Mission Bindings for a total of $295!!

I have boot size 12 feet and weigh 175, so with that kind of deal, I couldn't really complain much about my first board setup.

The only bad thing about this board is the top sheet scratches off REALLY easily. It's only superficial, but you can kiss those sweet graphics goodbye if you're not careful.

GOOD: bi directional and pretty easy to ride to switch, altho the only thing I have to compare to are beginner boards from rental shops. I took it to the park as well and it was flexible. great progression board.

BAD: a little heavier and like i said, the top sheet scratches off so easily.

A must buy for progressing riders

This is the first board I have ever bought. I couldnt find many reviews on it when I was researching it but I bought it anyway based on stats. It is great at manuevering in the trees and has some good pop for jumps and terrain parks. I highly recommend for the rider that has the basics down and wants to progress.

sick board

This is my first non rental board. I havn't used it yet but i've straped it on a few times. Its a little stiff but it still has a good pop. Also the graphic a sweet, they look a lot better in person. If you want an intermediat board with out the dent in your wallet, it won't let you down.
