Burton Twin Snowboard

Burton built the mid-wide Twin Snowboard to handle the ass kicking that your ride takes when you spin laps through the terrain park or meet your crew at a city rail. The Twin Snowboard's Park Fly II wood core provides mind-blowing pop while its ultra-lightweight Pro-Tip construction reduces swing weight for spinning power. A forgiving, freestyle-focused flex gives you confidence while learning new tricks without sacrificing stability and control when you go huge. Burly 10:45 sidewalls and Burton's Infinite Ride construction helps you slay rails and float road gaps for years to come. * Burton shipped us these boards with assorted colored bases. We have no control over which you get. The board you get might look different, but we're sure you'll be stoked. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: As tough as a freestyle board should be.

Fun but a little loose

By:
May 25, 2009

The twin is a lot of fun for playing around on the mountain but it doesn't hold up well in more aggressive terrain or all snow conditions. A lot of chatter in choppy/sloppy snow and will lose its edge on steep or icy slopes. If you want to play in the park and butter the mountain but also want to stay in control at speed and not get beat up in the chop check out the Skate Banana.

Slight imperfections but sick nonetheless...

By:
February 27, 2009

The graphics are way sicker in person vs. the pictures you see online of it. I noticed some imperfections on the lower layers underneath the topsheet but other then that the product is top-notch. Very flexy...very sexy...I'm very happy with my purchase.

GREAT snowboard

By:
December 9, 2008

I just bought this snowboard (148cm) a month ago and have went riding with it mainly in the park. The board is amaizing, I am very happy i bought it! it slides through boxes and rails very smoothly, you can butter on the snow so clean, and glide over jumps landing gently onto the ground. Deffanitaly worth the buy!

Nice board

By:
January 7, 2009

I rode this board for 3 years and it was great. Nice and flexible so you have a nice feel on boxes and rails but also stiff enough to hit some big kickers. Sadly enough about a month I snapped it going off a 50 footer so I decided to move away from burton to get the www w/ rocker and I love it even better than the twin.
