Burton Blunt Snowboard - Wide

Burton built the Blunt Wide Snowboard to be as burly as a tank and gave it a soft, buttery flex to help you and your big feet throw down with style on every rail or box you encounter. A negative core profile on this twintip lets you nose and tail press like you always imagined you could, and a low swing weight helps you get in that 270 onto the rail. Burton used an easy-to-maintain base to save you from all-night P-tex sessions and still give you enough speed to hit the big park kickers or gap your neighbor's car. Burton's new rail-ready edge tune lets you slide without hangups. Best of all, the Blunt Snowboard won't bleed you dry if you ride hard enough to need a new board every season. *Available for US Shipment Only. *We can't control which color base you get. But we're confident you'll be stoked. - Fall 2008.

Bottom Line: For hard-charging big-footers.

I bought this board last year for my first board. used it on wisconsin and it was fine but that was a lack of powder. I'm bringing it out to keystone this year to use for all-mountain. will it be able to handle the more powder runs?

Great Board, Great Value

By:

With me living in Michigan and the economy the way it is i needed a relatively cheap board. This was the answer, it handles everything with ease, its a little bad in powdery conditions but other than that i can ride every thing from double blacks to the park.

would this board be good for a 3rd year rider that likes boxes, rails, any size jump and tree runs?

In all fair honsety i have been rifing for around ten years and in my experience just about all burton boards are over priced junk. you're better off getting a ROME, Flow, or even Rossignol. You are going to save a few bucks along with getting more quality. with burton youre paying for the name

Not bad

I got this board last year for the end of season discounts. Not bad for the sale price, its definetly not a custom. But if you want a Burton to tear apart on the streets this gets the job done well.
