Billabong Blood Diamond Eco Board Short - Men's

We’re pretty sure that no one suffered too greatly in the making of the Billabong Men’s Blood Diamond Eco Board Short. In fact, short of nodding off through Lovely Leo’s latest blockbuster, this short is pretty much all good. Recycled polyester fabric means that you can sleep well at night knowing that no baby pandas will starve on your watch, and the swanky all-over print ensures that the bathing beauties don’t stare at your superfluous third nipple.

Bottom Line: Eco-tested, panda approved.

what brands of board shorts have liners?

By definition, "board shorts" lack liners. If you're worried about the see through factor, all of our board shorts have been designed for completely opaque qualities when wet. Really, a liner is not needed at all.
It sounds like what you're looking for "swim trunks," which do have liners. We do not sell swim trunks on this website. Sorry about that.
