Are the sleeves well insulated or is the insulation mostly on the body section?

I just saw this jacket in a store and the sleeves did have insulation in them. Can't recall the rating though, but there were some other jackets that the sleeves were like shells and body insulated, this one wasn't like that. I thought it looked like a nice, fairly warm jacket.

Hood is fixed, but it's an awesome cut, made to fit your head, stay out of the way and provide awesome, non vision-impairing sight while up. Detachable hoods often have terrible shape to them and jackets look bad without them regardless if they're being worn or not.

Center back length is 28" (Medium).
