I have these same pants in size large and i wear size 33w 32L. They fit perfect with no sag or belt needed. With your length, if you don't sag a bit, it may be a bit short. Xl would fit your length but you'll def need a belt.

These pants rock in every way! Super comfy, stylish as hell, tons of pockets and function in the pant. The only problem is that the boot gaiter is HUGE. I wear a 29 Salomon Synapse and this gaiter isn't even gripping on the boot. I will fix this pretty easily though, take them in a few inches with a quick stitch.

These pants are very stylish; almost straight-up boutiquey. They are pretty solid despite their uber-fashionable look with a 10K rating so you know you will look dope and still crush it on the hill regardless of the weather conditions.
