Capita Qween Snowboard - Women's - 2008

Capita made the Women’s Qween Snowboard for all-mountain and progressing freestyle riders. This lightweight, directional board with a slightly tapered tail has a forgiving flex, so you ride this board instead of it riding you. Yet the poplar wood core paired with fiberglass overlays and carbon stringers ensures the Qween has the pop, torsional rigidity, and response you need for spins and airs. A progressive sidecut means that you can maneuver easily into your turn, stay stable at speed, and exit your turn with power. Capita gave the Qween its High Transparent base, a fast, extruded base that’s easy to maintain.

Bottom Line: Reign over the mountain.

Womens all terrain wrecking machine

By:
November 18, 2008

This is the womens version of the Food Court Gangsta with art done by the same dude, Madd Steez. For those of you that need a review of what this sticks all about, here you go. With a full Poplar wood core, carbon fiber runnin tip to tail, a set back stance, radial sidecut, available in a size for everyone this board is a quiver killer. Accept no substituttions at this price point. The mens version is a two time Transworld Good Wood Top 5 Pipe board winner. But this is not just a pipe board, it's an all mountain one stop wrecking machine.

Trying to decide between this board and the Forum Craft for me.

Trying to decide between this board and the Forum Craft for me. Im a 15 y.o. girl, 2 seasons behind me, prefer riding the mountain than the parks, although I still play in the park occasionally! Want a board with lots of flex and easy to ride. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks, Laura. PS would I be the 141 in the Capita and the 144 in the Forum? Im about 5ft 2" and about 105 lbs in weight.

Hey Laura, unfortunately only 153 is left in the Capita (too big) and only 147, 152 and 155 in the Forum (also too big) Not to mention that forum is much more freestyle specific than you would be wanting. I would try to find an all mountain board. Sorry.
