DAKINE Chute Backpack - 2200cu in

Whether you’re taking a hike to get at some early season snow or going for a day tour in the middle of the winter the Dakine Chute 2200 cu in Backpack will carry everything you need for your adventure. Fill up your hydration reservoir and slip it into the Chute’s insulated sleeve before starting your trek and be comfortable knowing your shovel and probe are secured in the front avie pocket. With top and back access you can easily get to any supplies or snacks you need along the way and the diagonal ski carry system will hold your planks in place as you mush up the mountain.

Bottom Line: No chute is safe.

Comy and Dope!

I realize this bag is for snowboarding, which I fully intend to use it for when I do some backcountry riding this winter, but I have actually been using it the past month for my summer hikes and mostly for my motorbike rides in the mountains. This bag has been so nice, and feels like it's a part of my body. There is plenty of space in it to fit what you need in a day of whatever, and your shoulders never get sore nor does your back get tired. Did I mention it looks dope, even when it's covered in dust?

You would have to purchase the hydration bladder separately.

looks awesome!!

I got the olive soba and I must say this bag looks sick!! and is great for it's main purpose which is for backcountry ski trips so if your a skier this bag is perfect, being a snowboarder myself though it is easily modified to carry a snowboard instead. It's super comfortable although the main purpose I bought it for is school which it will work ok for but it's more tall and less fat than most backpacks so it's not the best choice if you're carrying a lot of books, but over all it looks awesome and will be great for dayhikes and snowboarding trips when you're not in school.
