I just recieved the gloves and have not tried them in the snow yet, but first impressions are good. I bought this glove because of the zip up closure on the side and the little bit extra length of the cuff. The glove is easy to put on which is a huge plus for me, Ive had other leather gloves that were hard to get my hand into and the zipper is much easier than buttons. (last glove was the rome bowery which I was very unpleased with). The overall fit of the glove is kind of narrow, I have long narrow hands, I could see someone with wider hands not liking these gloves because of the tightness but they're not broke in yet either. I also like the cuff, its just a little bit longer than most gloves of this style and it seems like it will stay in place and not bunch up while riding. Ive never had dakine gloves before but have heard they make a durable glove. Things that could be better: zipper could go up higher up the side of the hand to make the glove even easier to put on and cuff could be a little longer to prevent snow from touching the wrist while riding. And there is no pocket for a handwarmer.

i have not purchased these gloves. this review is based on a past purchase of a glove from last year. i bought a pair of dakine gloves with high hopes for the product as they are a leading name in gloves and snowboard accesories. to put it simple they were horrible after my first trip i had my doubts. the gloves were not very warm and the waterproffing was extremely bad my hands were soaked and frozen. im not buying dakin anymore because of the dissapointment in the product i bought. if u still buy these i hope u have better luck then i did
