Poor Quality

When I tried these shorts on I immediately dug the length and the fabric, but they seemed a little too tight... then I looked down and saw that they had split where the fabric meets the zipper. Maybe it was my thunder thighs, I don't know, but it seemed like an indication of poor quality to me...
