The verdict is in—you're sentenced to a season of comfortable freeride snowboarding in the DC Men's Judge Snowboard Boot. This free-riding favorite features improved BOA lacing points to distribute pressure evenly and allow you to literally dial in your lacing with the simple twist of a knob. DC gave this stiff boot a pump-up air liner that inflates and deflates for customized support—just press the + and - buttons. Want to go huge off that backcountry booter without the landing sting? Consider this shock-absorbing evidence—the Judge features a full-length airbag and a toe gel pad to disperse impact. The extra-grippy sole offers great board feel that lets you get away with murder on the slopes.
Bottom Line: Lay down the law in the DC Judge Snowboard Boot.
I bought the judge size 15 black boots, Great deal on this website for these boots, they are really good boots if you get a custom made SUPER wide board to fit them. Im a big guy and ride a custom x 168 wide and these boots had a 2'' overhang on both the toe and heel even with large est binding adjusted accordingly. If you are hoping that these will fit on your board, you better know that you have a super wide board.
Majic2007, Here is the answer to your review. I am a Rep for DC. DC does make a size 15 boot that has a smaller footprint. It is the Superpark. It has an integrated liner and a drop in midsole that takes 4 layers of material around the foot down to just 2!! Making a 1 size smaller footprint size! The Super Park would be the boot to accomplish the no toe drag on your board with a size 15. Hope this helps
I purchased these boots for my boyfriend who wears a size 15. The boot is very comfortable however, we have to return them as they run small and do not fit him. If you are a big guy looking for a great size 15 boot, this may not be the boot for you. We tried the size 14 and 15 and did not notice much of a difference.
the boots are solid. my first boa boots, and it works good. it is true that lower half of the boots doesnt get as tight as the upper with boa, but it didnt bother me at all when riding. these are my 3rd dc's and as ususal, they fit about one full size smaller. im not sure if im a fan of air pumps,,,,but its just a matter of personal likings. i mainly ride backcountry, trees, chutes, cliffs,,,,pretty much anything natural with little tiny bit of park when the weather is crap and they are have the perfect flex for what i like to do.
The Burtons I bought last year were killing my feet. So I decided to try something new... glad I did. These boots are a bit stiff, but they are also SNUG and COMFORTABLE! Never owned a boot that locked my heal down the way these do, yet at the same time they don't cut off circulation to any parts of my feet. If you have wide feet like I do... give these boots a try.
These boots are awesome. they are like 4-wheel drive for your feet. Super easy to get in and out of them. Only thing is they do run small I wear a 12 but bought a 13, they fit perfect.
I would have to say these are one of the best boots. The cable system is great !!Especially after each run because you can easily make adjustments to your boots tightness.I also love the bottom grip of the boots. The grip comes in handy when getting off the lifts. I also like the extra control the boots add to your boarding. I would definitely recommend these boots to everyone.
Sick boots! Light, comfortable, crazy adjustable. I wear a 10.5 in regular kicks so I bought these boots in a 10.5. A little snug at first but they packed out nice within 2 sessions and fit perfect like a regular shoe. Heel lift is a thing of the past with the pump system. These boots are also super grippy when hoofin' through the ice and slush. DC did it right with these boots. You can't go wrong with the Judge, and you can't go worng with this site. My gear from herealways ships super fast and the customer service is the best I've ever dealt with! BUY THESE BOOTS! SHOP HERE!
I got the boots in an 11 1/2, I am a 10 1/2 shoe. Fits perfectly. First set I got had an issue with the pump up liner, it just didn't work. I spoke to a customer rep and informed them that I was leaving for BC in 3 days. They next day aired me a replacement and gave me a return label too! Best service ever, I only buy my gear from this site! Please note that you should go 1 size up from your regular shoe size. These boots are awesome and way more comfortable then my old thirty-two tm2's. This site has by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my 25 years of life. Thank you!
These boots are effing awesome. They are so comfortable, it's like you're wearing shoes. The BOA lacing system is so easy to use and I love the air pump. The only thing that will need a bit of breaking in is on the inside part of your ankle, for me anyway. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
P.S. I heard a rumor the sizes are a lot smaller than they seem so I got a size 13. I normally wear 11 1/2 - 12 size shoes. Just a little tip for you.
I just rode in my new DC Judge boots a week ago and, while they weren't totally broken in yet, I have to say they were incredibly comfortable. These boots tend to be a little stiff, but they remain comfortable.
I had trouble with the first pair I received as the pump on one of the boots didn't seem to work. I exchanged the boots for another pair and while I was at it, I bumped up a size. I normally wear a 12 but I moved up to a 13 which was more comfortable. I heard a couple of people say these boots run a little smaller so buy a size or half size larger than usual. I would agree with that after my experience.
I thought the pump idea was a bit of a gimmick, but it does actually help tighten up around the heel prevent movement of the heel in the boot. And the BOA lace system is awesome.
I heard that the boa technology wasnt that great but i wanted to buy something that was easy to put on and tie so i bought these cuz they also have the Air pump technology
These are mad confortable also so if your looking for a confortable and fast boots.....THEN YOU SHOULD DEFINITLY BUY THESE!!!! =D
if you buy the judge and dont find them confortable then try pumpin some air =D
First of all the size was all wrong. I wear size 10-1/5 walking shoes but could barely squeeze my feet into a size 12. Then they scraped my ankles raw, my baby toe is still numb, and my calf is still tight from all the heel lift (even after I pumped up the air thing as much as it would go). I had to buy an insert that helped a little but then it made my arches sore. Any more questions?
