DC Scout Snowboard Boot - Men's - 2007

For those who are just making the move from pavement to pow, DC made the Men's Scout Snowboard Boot. It resembles your skate shoe, but revels in the white stuff. DC shares the love with entry-level riders, not just the seasoned shredders—'cause you never know who will make it big. That's why DC gave this boot the high-end BOA lacing system, which lets you adjust your boot's tightness with the simple turn of a dial. The Scout features DC's Delta liner—a medium-flex, lace-up liner with a foam-padded calf for comfort while you progress. Lightweight synthetic leather uppers keep moisture on the outside of your boot, and a specially designed sticky rubber sole gives you the grip and traction you need.

Bottom Line: Nothing helps your riding improve quickly like the right beginner boot—the DC Men's Scout Snowboard Boot.

Hmm

If you get the black and white boots, its probably the sicked look ive seen. My problem was that they were too wide and neither the liner or the boa lacing system seemed to tighten anything from the ankle down. If you want speed entry boots i would recommend some Speed Zone Burtons, but standard lacing usually gives you the best results and the least problems. With this boot, you basically pay for what you get, and that is why it is so cheap.

these are the first boots i've owned, and i'm pretty pleased with em. boa system is fast and snug, just make sure to give em a twist every now and then cause they'll loosen up over a long day. rode em 3 times, no probs whatsoever. great boot, great price!

Disapointed

These boots look sick, they fit good, and are quick to put on. But, they are very problematic. It seams as if every time i go up the chair i find myself clicking them tighter because my bindings loosen the BOA systems. Its a hassle, and a saftey issue. I twisted my ankel, and got 3 blisters from these. I wish I would have bought them from you guys so i could return them.

great style

love the style of these boots. love the ease of the boa system. these are the first boas i have used so i don't know if this is a factor of boas in and of itself or just these specific DC's.... but i find that i need to ratchet the boot every few runs.
