Your rad family buys the certificate, we email it to you (make sure your parents/family knows your email) and bam you get a fresh certificate for your spending pleasure. You just type in your certificate code when you check out. Super easy.

I think you have to be a total doucher if you can't figure out how an online gift card works. This is one of the easiest presents to give someone who loves the outdoors. I'll be back to this site ASAP!!

I just ordered an online gift card and all you have to do is write that you would not like the online gift card emailed until Xmas day...and that's it. They also, have 3 different forms of contact if that was too much for you to handle. It is ridiculous people like you blame a good online retailer for your inability to function.

P.S.
No, I do not work for DogFunk.com. I just don't like seeing a good business get bad press.

Despite the banner on the homepage, gift certificates are not emailed instantly. Rather, they must be reviewed by a staff member during business hours before they are sent. This could mean anything from a 10 minute to 6 hour lag depending on what time your order is placed. I'm still waiting almost 4 hours later . . .

The system of sending and receiving Gift Certificates is rediculious. I was in a rush ordering one for my sister. I was at work when I did it. I didn't read the fine print and was unaware that it is emailed to her. Well, it was supposed to be a Christmas present. Not anymore, she probably already got the email. I am sure I am not the only one whom had made this mistake. Not to mention what happens if you type the wrong email address and someone you dont even know gets the cert? Changes definately need to made. I will never order anything from DogFunk.com again.

Dogfunk is an amazing sorce for all outdoor needs, and just because in there is directions and instructions on how the order form works and how it will be sent, you dont decide to read. Whos fault is that, they have a business and dont expect, quote on quote "morons" like yourself to not read it. Thats why they are there. I could honestly care less where you shop, real shredders and skaters love the use of the site, from being able to talk to a real associate if you have problems, to size charts. Everything is on this site. They are not going to cry because one imbusal who does not know how to read leaves. Welcome to the Human world, thats why they invented words, so your eyes are capable of getting valuable information to the brain, which obviously you dont have. Retard
