Flow Infinite Snowboard - 2007
From the steepest Alaskan spines, to backcountry kickers and right down into the park, Flow's Infinite Snowboard is Risto Mattila's weapon of choice. The full wood TruFlex core on his factory ride smoothes out the transition whether you're bustin' through the trees or bustin' 900's over a manmade gap. Flow's Directional All-Mountain/Freestyle shaping means this is a great choice for park performance, but it won't leave you strugglin' when you hike out-of-bounds either. Whiskey Royale energy transfer plates keep response hot on hardpack without burning you when things get off-balance, and Quadrax carbon stringers mean the Infinite has pop for days. Flow's genius design team added golf-ball influenced dimples in the Optix 4000 base to break suction and maximize acceleration in sloppy conditions. Watch Risto slay the park, then watch him throw down in Valdez, and you'll get an idea of what the Flow Infinite is all about.
Bottom Line: Flow's Infinite Snowboard opens the doors of freestyle perception wherever the opportunity presents itself; just ask Risto.
