Flow Essence Snowboard Binding - Women's - 2008

Flow Women’s Essence Snowboard Binding delivers powerful freestyle performance in a clean, fast design that only takes a couple seconds to strap into. Borrowing the baseplate design from her brother the M9 (but making it even lighter), the Essence is customized to lady riders looking for support and freestyle performance without a bulky, stiff setup. The 3D I-Flex Powerstrap offers infinite adjustability and powerful toeside response, while the multi-density adjustable forefoot pads cushion harsh landings and chatter-inducing hardpack conditions. Drop the rear lever on the ventilated highback to jump on the lift; at the top, just step in, lock up and ride away… ladies first.

Bottom Line: Precision on the go.

Pretty Good

i was a little wary about the lime green color (and they are an intense lime green) but they match board perfectly. I had the large but they were a bit big for a size 9 boot so i returned them and got the mediums. They do fit better but my thirtytwo boots fit a little too snug width wise. Hopefully once they get worn in and wet my boot will slide in and out better.

Essence Flows aite

I am not an expert boarder and am a beginning/intermediate kine. I have only broken these in once & thus far they aren't the easiest to get in & out of. You already have on all your heavy gear & you are fighting gravity to carry your own weight & I had to get on the ground to remove & put my boot in these. I am not sure if my Vans Encore boots may be be a little too big for the Flows, or if the Flows aren't the easiest to get into & out of, or they still need more break-in time. I have all my adjustments straight, but struggled with getting my boot in & out with ease. On a positive note, they look pretty (for a female) & they did not come undone from my Roxy Envy board. It is good that you can adjuste them & they stay tight. I am hoping they'll get easier as I break 'em in more.
