The Foursquare Women's Richardson Snowboard Jacket rides in any weather. This jacket's light insulation keeps you warm without baking you in warmer weather, while a 10K-rated waterproof shell sheds light snow and rain. The Richardson Jacket's light, low-profile synthetic insulation fends off the January deep freeze and windy chair lift rides. Bust out the Richardson’s stowable balaclava for a little extra warmth and protection when the temp drops and the wind is howlin’. An arm pocket keeps your change and car keys within easy reach. *Available for US shipment only.
Bottom Line: The Foursquare Richardson Jacket takes care of the elements so you can ride.
I ordered this jacket just a few days before our Christmas ski trip and it arrived the very next morning, wow! I wasn't sure of the size and would have ordered the small but the chat person encouraged me to order both an XS and S and they would pay the shipping back to return the one that didn't fit. Thanks for that advice because the S was too big and the XS fit perfect! I was a bit nervous as to the warmth capability as it was very cold last week in Tahoe but the jacket kept me perfectly warm. I love all the pockets and the key/pass holder, face sock and the color rocks! The Black Toof pattern grabbed lots of attention from the other gals on the slopes. This jacket rocks! I just ordered the Foursquare KIM pants and can't wait to put them together.
Just got the jacket - I got it in the black and white checkers, looks mad. The sizing chart is totally wrong (I think its for the mens Foursquare jackets), I bought a medium and its fairly true to size, I'm 5'6 and slim and its a tad too big if anything. Its comparitively wide thru the chest and shoulders but narrower thru the hips; perfect for my build but probably not for some chicks. Certainly the style could potentially make you look bottom-heavy. It isn't massively warm (haven't even gotten it on the mountain yet) but has some cool features like the balaclava and neck closure. You get what you pay for, and it's a great looking jacket.
super cute coat, great pattern for fabric, and would be GREAT to wear out and about. for snowboarding? not so much. it is too short and the elastic bottom rides up your back and exposes skin which is super cold and horrible for snowboarding. i ended up returning it, because i couldn't stand to pay that much just for an around the town coat. it is fashionable, but not functional.
I ordered this jacket in a medium, hoping for some length and a slightly baggier fit. Good thing I didn't order the small - the elastic around the bottom of the jacket is pretty tight! Lots of room in the shoulders and midsection though, almost a little too much...
I bought this jacket a few months ago and have worn it several times. It definitely keeps you warm and dry. I've gotten quite a few compliments on the style (I got the Black Big Toof). The sizing is true, but the elastic around the hips is a little snug and rides up if you have any curve to you, and I'm not a big girl. The zipper is kinda tricky, as you have to line up both sides exactly. It can be tricky with thick gloves or frozen fingers. I love all the pockets, and they're fairly easy to access even with gloves on. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase. For the price, it's a good buy.
I got this jacket the other day and it fits pretty good. I typically wear all my clothes in a large so i ordered this jacket in a large. Fits great! I thought that the pattern would've been a little smaller so it'd have a grayer tone but the checkers are a little bigger than expected on the print. But still looks good. Also, the shoulders are little broader than i'd like them to be .. it's just not proportioned correctly for a girl.
I got this jacket back in january and took it skiing a few times before the season ended. It is a great jacket, keeps you really warm and keeps the wetness out. It has a great waterproofing, and the elastic waist makes it even more waterproof and warm. Plus the houndstooth pattern is very eye-catching and i got a lot of compliments :) I really recommend this jacket!
