Foursquare knows that hardcore snowboarders stay out in varying conditions and need outwear that will also stand up over time. The Adams Jacket has you covered. The 15K-rated waterproof exterior material and fully-taped seams keep moisture out and on the ground under your board where it belongs. This tough fabric doesn't stop heat from escaping though—the Underarm zips dump heat at will. Foursquare designed this jacket with a total of 12 pockets—from gloves to ski passes to paraphernalia, the Adam Jacket stows it all. The Adam has a cut that allows you to rock a hoody or fleece underneath, plus a removable faux fur hood for flavor.
Bottom Line: When you're out on the snow almost everyday you need a jacket that can keep up.
Have received a lot of compliments on the jacket. Lots of pockets, keeps you dry, no complaints. Have only used it 10 times so not sure about durablity. As far as sizing goes, i'm 5'11" 205lbs pretty solid build and an XL fits me fine. I would think a large would have been too tight.
This is not an insulated jacket. The Adams Jacket is in the shell series, it will keep you dry, but you should get some good first layer to keep you toasty.
So for the deal I don't think I can find any complaints with this jacket. The only thing I dont like is the fit, pretty baggy, i cant wait for the flakes to fall so I can really test this jacket, all I would say is that since it fits big with a hoodie on it should be good. Tons of pockets, handwarmers pockets in the cuffs, good breathability. sick
The hard part is the length of your arms. if you think you got gorilla arms and normal LS tees barely hit your wrist, then i would size up. If you hate running a baggy set up. then just deal with the short sleeves. Try a SZ. L. baggy fit XL
Love this jacket! Recently wore it riding in Park city and loved every feature. The vented armpit option, inner snow skirt, day pass bungee chord, and all the pockets for extra gloves, ipod, etc...
gotta get this jacket. It has lots of pockets, i love the hot pocket gaiters for those cold days. The jacket is pretty heavy but that just means its well put together
This jacket is as filthy as a week old swiss grilled cheese. basically... AMAZING! everything from neoprene hand skirts to a zip out powder skirt, it also features a retractable leash for your keys and or passes. And the warmth is perfect! Not too hot and not too cold, I live in WA and it is great for all the mountains around here. Oh and i wiegh 174 and I am 5'11'' and the medium was a perfect fit. just in case you need a size reference ;)
This jacket is sick. I have owned many jackets and this is by far my fav. I was skeptical of the furrrrr and i figured i would remove it when i got it, but nahhh im lovin it. The jacket is warm and fits really nice and even has a pocket to slip ur gloves in with ease when that bathroom is callin ur name. That thing called melted snow... (water) cant even touch me when im rockin this jacket. Words of advice... BUY THIS JACKET! Peace
This jacket is simply awesome. I got the one in black (which apparently they have ran out of), and the fabric is fantastic! It's not the lame pitch black, but rather a fabric-like dark smoke color, super nice looking! And it keeps you dry as a desert all day in the pow. I also love the fur around the hood, it makes you look very much fashionable, and we all know style is a huge part of snowboarding these days =)
Don't get it, cuz I don't want fools be wearing the same thing as me :P
Does anyone know if the blue stripe in the picture is the actual color? I've seen other pictures that look much brighter. Also, does anyone know of a pant that matches that?
This jacket is nasty yo. I got it last week and took it with me to Cooper and man I was styling! Not only that, the material and the insulation on this thing is A+ quality. Super waterproof and plenty warm! On on top of that the fur makes you look super fashionable cuz not a whole lotta people on the slopes got furs. At at this price it can't be beat. I have already gotten dozens of looks from chicks and all my homies now wants one...
Hey there was looking at this jacket in the grey with blue strip. Was wanting to know if you can post to New Zealand, I know that sometimes rules in place were the company doesnt allow this, and if you are able to ship to NZ what would the costs be? Thanks, Adam
overall its a nice jacket....I don't know why people said it ran large. I am 6 ft 2, 210 lbs and I got the XL and it think its a little tight. It protects against the elements quite well and the faux fur adds a little style. It does have too many pockets I think, some are pretty much useless and for decorations purposes only. Overall I think its a good jacket for the price.
9 to 5 pattern is sick. I have received many compliments on it. Everything seems to be nice on the jacket, comfortable, stylish, I just haven't had it too long so we will see about durability but I am confident it will hold up just fine...
