Foursquare Doug Slim Fit Jacket - Men's

Think the ultra baggy look is getting old? The Foursquare Men's Doug Snowboard Jacket is slim-fit, storm-ready shell for riders who want a tighter, technical style. Foursquare gave the Doug Jacket a slimmer cut, but kept the technical features. A thin laminate on the inside of this shell resists moisture infiltration, but allows perspiration to escape. If you're sweating bullets getting ready to launch that scary gap, unzip the Doug Jacket's Underarm zips to dump some heat, take a deep breath, and go for it. Dual entry handwarmer pockets allow you to stash your beanie in the cargo pocket and still have plenty of room for cold hands.

Bottom Line: Zip up the Foursquare Doug Snowboard Jacket and keep it tight and technical.

Color of jacket is slightly different than pictured.

I got the Doug in the Tan a popin'. The jacket is well made and the slim fit is stylish. If you think the ultra baggy look is old or just getting too old to rock it. But the color is not what was expected. First the one pictured is alot darker and the zippers are drk brn with the stripes being a more subdued shade. The one I got was light tan with light brn zippers and the stripes are brighter. The colors are drk green, bright yellow, lime green, and a light green. I'm still gonna keep it though. It's the shizzo my nizzo.

It's a slimmer fit jacket, but fits true to size. If you rock a 2X, you'll be fine in this XXL jacket. If for some reason it just doesn't fit, just return it at any time for an exchange or full refund.

Satisfied

As others have said, the Tan A Poppin' color is not as pictured - much lighter than shown. The base color is tan/khaki and the stripes are bright yellow, lime green, and dark green. In terms of fit, it is indeed slimmer than most snowboarding jackets, especially in the arms. However, it seems to taper down the body a bit (i.e. it fits tight/snug at the hips, while it's roomier in the chest). A minor flaw, maybe specific to my jacket alone (defect) - I'm unsure of the purpose of such construction. The wrist gaiters are a nice touch. Zippers are great. Removable waist gaiter is nice. I've even been wearing around town as a rain jacket, which has worked out well. I would recommend for anyone who is looking for something slimmer (and mores stylish) than normal.

Buyer beware on the Da Nile color.......

By:
December 29, 2008

I really loved everything about this jacket, except for one thing: The da nile color shown on the website is far different from what you will receive. I expected brownish-tan with black zippers, but what came was a pale green jacket and the inside of the hood was had this colorful stripy thing going on that i could not handle. I sent it back, although i wish it would have worked out because i loved the fit and look. 6'1" 175 lbs and a medium fit perfectly. if the color had been on i would have given it a 5 in a heartbeat.

YO, 4square just lists Dogfunk as a dealer no guarantee on having items in stock. Sorry they will not be getting that colorway or size in again.

Doug is ballin'!

By:
December 31, 2008

The Doug is a totally sleek shell, that fits awesome. I'm skinny, so the extra bulky jackets don't do it for me, but the jacket looks like it was tailored specifically for me. Plenty of pockets and warm enough to shed in, the Doug is full of win.
