I've have never owned a wide board but thinking about buying

I've have never owned a wide board but thinking about buying this one in particular, because it's wide will it turn the same as a non-wide board and will it be a bit heavier and by a lot or a little?

it really depends on how large your feet are and the degrees of your binding, but in general because the waist width is more (the length from side to side) it will take a bit more time to turn, but nothing you should feel if your feet are actually big enough to need a wide board..and it will be barely heavier - like a wide board is like maybe a centimeter thicker at the waist so it shouldn't be much heavier at all..
