I heard these shorts ran big, so ordered a 34 instead of a 36. Shorts are great, but they don't run as big as people say. Tighter than I'd hoped, so now my roommate wears them and LOVES them. So I'm not getting them back. His review would be two huge thumbs up! My advice is to get your normal size. You should be wearing a belt after all.

These Kr3w Recons are thick and hearty, like my Lithuanian grandmother. If you like 'em loose and long, buy a size down. I normally wear a 34 and the 32s fit pretty well, with enough room to move. The label on the zipper flap is a little weird, kinda draws attention to your nether regions. But the shorts themselves have held up well. I wanted a dark pair of shorts I could wear to the skatepark and dirt jumps and these things have taken a beating and come out fine.

The KR3W Recon shorts are a totally heavy-duty. These sturdy cotton shorts are obviously made for those of us that spend time at the skate park; they won’t shred after repeated falling. The billowed back pockets are dope and KR3W puts in subtle details, like a logo on the fly, just to be cool. I’m six feet tall and 167 pounds and usually wear a 32 or 33 waist but had to go with the size 30 ‘cause these things run big! Keep skating.

These shorts have a sick look in the over dyed camo, and the length is ideal. I usually wear a 34 inch waist, but these 34s would only fit me if I gained 20 pounds. I returned them and got the 32s.
