I would like to buy this hat today but not really sure about

I would like to buy this hat today but not really sure about sizes? I usually wear about a 7-1/4. will the L/XL be too big?
Also, will you be getting more of the Black/Natural in stock in a S/M size soon. Need to order as a gift by mid-October.
