Never Summer Legacy-R Snowboard

The Never Summer Legacy-R Snowboard gives big-footed rippers the ability to make freestyle fantasies a reality all over the mountain. With Never Summer's R.C. The Vario Power Grip sidecut increases edge hold for added control and response. Add carbon laminates and serious dampening, and the Legacy-R should be every bigfoot's choice for all-mountain freestyle ripping.

  • Vario Power Grip’s variable sidecut increases grip and edge hold
  • RDS 3 dampening gives you an ultra-smooth ride and a
  • Carbon VXR laminate with STS Pretensioned Fiberglass add incredible strength, snap, and response with torsional rigidity
  • Custom FlightCore wood core and DuraSurf sintered 4501 base gives you unmatched control, dampening and response at high speeds
  • P-tex sidewalls, P-tex tip & tail, and full wrap metal edges add durability and strength to handle the abuse a big line can inflict on a board

Bottom Line: The Never Summer Legacy-R Snowboard gives sasquatch feet a good reason to get on the hill and tear it up.

So far love this board. I have only riden park boards before and do notice how much stiffer it is. But this board is great for when you don't want to ride park all day and just want to stop by for a while. Great all around board from powder to park. It is definitely a general board though. If you are looking for a park board i would go with the Never summer revovler for you wider foot guys like me. You will notice the difference.
Those are the unions forces on the board btw

Is this the board for me?

I wear an 11-12 size shoe depending on the brand. Would I want a wide board like the legacy? Are there also other boards I should be looking at that are all mountain boards that are wide? I just moved to Steamboat so i would like A board that can handle beginner back country and intermidate park riding (can handle switch 540's and reg 720's off mid-sized jumps, butters on boxes and boardslides and presses on hand rails)Is this the board for me?

Oh and this isn't really a question about the snowboard but... if this is the board for me, what kind of bindings would be good to go along with it?

Thanks for the help
Kyle

Yeah this board should be just fine with your boot size. As for bindings, if you don't want to spend a lot I would check out the Union forces or if money isn't a big issue just about any pair of flux's would totally rock on this board

I've been riding for 15 yaers and never have I found a board that had this amount of control and floatyness. I weigh 240lbs. and have size 12 boots and this is the first board that I dont have any toe drag and I don't where out my back leg riding fluffy pow. I can almost lean forward even when riding pow. The best part is I have the 174 and it feals like a 160 under my feet control wise.
