Sure! Any board can be a powder board if you can ride. I rode a 145 Gnu BStreet (soft rail board) in powder, hahaha. If you ride a smaller board for your size (like say, more for the park), it might require more work but it can be done.

Ehh, the Pandora isn't as soft as DakkaGuru make it sound like it is... honestly, I LOVE the 2010 Pandora with the rocker, it rode so AWESOME, but if it were softer, I'd definitely be all over it. It's possible it could get softer if you rode it more, but it's not terribly stiff out of the packaging. It is pretty playful and does ride the entire mountain fine, you can't go wrong with the Pandora.

Is it possible for a board to be be both snappy and soft? yes it is! The Pandora has a flex of 4.5 out of ten on NS's flex meter (10 being the stiffest)but the dampness meter scores a 3 out of 10. Add a deep sidecut of 700 (for the 140cm size)and you have what translates into a soft, playful board which will help you learn tricks on rails because of it's flex and going of jumps and edging in-between them will be more than fisable with that a sidecut like this and the dampness will help you land some of the most unforgiving landings. Bi-Lite fiberglass also helps add snap without weight. Go ahead and write a list of tricks, The Pandora will help you get there.
Look no further.
