Nitro Swindle Snowboard

Nitro cooked up the Swindle Snowboard for your jib-happy urban adventures. The meaty Railkiller edge is built for years of hard grinding, and the nuclear-bomb-surviving Scratch & Rip FH Base lets you shred through the first layer without worry – there’s a second layer underneath to keep you buttering until you run out of bread. All this with Nitro’s Powercore, and you’ll be snapping off stairs like the paparazzi at a celebrity funeral.

  • Reinforced X Powercore gives you tip-to-tail woodcore for more snap and durability
  • Bi-Lite laminate uses biaxial fiberglass for easier turn initiation and a forgiving flex
  • Radial sidecut smooths out your turns and gives you more control at any speed
  • Railkiller edge uses extra material to add durability
  • Scratch & Rip FH Base show’s your battle wounds after a killer rail session

Bottom Line: All you gotta worry about is the occasional bear-claw gutted fun-hater.

Burt, the waist width on the 155 is 25.2, pretty much in the mid wide category. The 25.2 waist width paird with a smooth radial sidecut make for a very predictable and stable ride.

The waist on the 155cm is 25.2cm This isn't narrow, it's actually a good sized waist width for stomping your tricks.

the swindle is back... this board is awesome... with a scratch and rip base and rail killer edges this board can definately take a beating... the base scratches through to another color and the rail is super thick to take any beating you can give it... new to this board for this season is its flex... the flex in this board is called a zero camber... its super buttery yet can snap better than the old swindle... it allows a more broken in feel to it and gives it more playfulness.... if you havent been out on this board, its the most fun you will ever have on a twin.... not to mention the price!!!! perfect....

The Swindle has our Urban Flex which is the softest flex in the line and is the same flex found on the Sub Zero. Unlike the Sub Zero that has our Gullwing Camber the Swindle has our all new flat Zero Camber that helps to make it very stable and predictable. The Swindle is at home hitting medium size jumps but if you’re looking to hit larger jumps in or out of the park you may want to step up to the T1. All in all you can’t buy a better board for the cash than the Swindle so if progressing on rails, mid size jumps and park riding is what you’re into the Swindle is a perfect fit.

Any time, any where

The 2010 TWS Good Wood winner, the Swindle, is probably the best value we at Nitro offer. For fewer than 4 bills you get a board that will put more expensive boards to shame. If you’re looking at the DH, Darkstar, Twin, Graft or any other twin park deck in the $450 price range make sure you look at the Swindle first.

For 2010 we updated the Swindle with a softer Street Flex, perfect for pressing anything in sight as well as added our flat Zero Camber for a catch free and predictable smooth ride. These new construction features join the already impressive fast as 4#!! Scratch and Rip FH base and the thickest edge on the market, the Rail Killer Edge.

The Swindle is Jon Kooley’s board of choice and the basis for his Pro One Off. Kooley rides the Swindle everywhere from SLC rails to Alaska wedges. The Swindle will definitely help take your riding to the next level and will look good doing it.

Like you the Swindle is unique. After taking all the damage you can dish out no two Swindle boards will look the same. Thanks to our Scratch and Rip FH base you can show your scars with our double layer base that lets a pop color bleed through the scratches you make from hitting rails, stairs, rocks and stumps. Show us your scars and your personality with the Swindle.
