can you actually see the time with the black background? i bought and returned another nixon watch that you could barely see the time with the backlight on.

I bought the trigital and returned it. It was a really cool watch but just wasn't what I was expecting. The face was larger than depicted and the display is different than in the picture- the type is more "digital" looking and not rounded as it is shown in the picture. It was also kind of hard to read and when lit up it wasn't very bright. It was an ok watch and looked great on but just wasn't what I expected. I got the black one, by the way.
