Oakley A Frame Goggle Replacement Lenses

Oakley Iridium and High Intensity A Frame Goggle Replacement Lenses improve your vision in low light and extra bright conditions. So you're the kind of skier or snowboarder who doesn't quit riding when the conditions get nasty? And when it's sunny you're going too fast to wear sunglasses without your eyes watering, right? That's why Oakley developed high-performance replacement lenses for their A Frame Goggles. When the snow is dumping and everyone else heads for the lodge complaining about the bad visibility, throw in a pair of High Intensity Lenses to bring out what light is available. You'll see contrasts better and get more fresh tracks. Available in High Intensity Blue or High Intensity Persimmon. On bright, sunny bluebird days use the Iridium Lenses to cut glare without worrying about your eyes watering like your sunglass wearing friends.

Bottom Line: Modify your vision.

Use Caution when cleaning the fog/moisture!

By:

I've been rockin A frames for the last 8 years. Easy to change out. If They get wet inside or Fog, only use the Oakley micro bag to blot them dry. If you use anything else, or if you wipe the inner lens rather than blot when wet you will have a permanently damaged lens. (the inner coating of the goggles will smear leaving them to be no better than a smeared window forever). My $70 mistake. :( No Bueno. HOPE THIS HELPS YOU!!

I am looking for a replacement lens that is good for both cloudy/lowlight

I am looking for a replacement lens that is good for both cloudy/lowlight days where its hard to see the imperfections in the snow, as well as night time riding.
What is the best, or most versatile lens to cover my needs?

fire iridium & high intensity yellow

Fire Iridium: Awesome for bright sunny, cloudless days. The lens is almost progressive towards outer parts and it really really helps. NO glare. H.I. Yellow: When it dumps or when the sun is setting, these are a MUST. I always switch to these and they are never fail. WAY INCREASED contrast so you can see the detail in the snow.

Black Iridium = the sweetness

By:

In California, there's a mixture of great bluebird days and dumping, stormy days. I used to hate wearing goggles, but after I got my A-Frames I realized I hated them because my goggles sucked. I used them, and Black Iridium lenses for most of last season. For the days that are mostly sunny with a bit of clouds, I use Black Iridium lenses. I like them because they don't TOTALLY distort the color of everything around you like some other lenses. They're crystal clear, too. The only downside... they scratch really easily (and for the most part, I try to take care of my gear). I am definitely going to get some H.I. yellows this coming season.
