Rome Agent Snowboard - 2008

The Rome Agent Snowboard gives you the soft, buttery feel that riders like Marius Otterstad and Will Lavigne crave for kickers and park rails. Rome gave the Agent a Superpop Core Matrix core and a StraightTriax 30 carbon laminate layer to deliver soft, smooth flex along with snap to riders who like pop and butter in their park recipes. The near-twintip shape lets you clear that table with a Cab seven. Full-wrap edges protect your deck from evil scuffy kinks, and when it's time to charge hard at the big hits, the SinterSpeed base glides faster than a bat out of hell.

Bottom Line: Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to shred the park and mountain on the Rome Agent Snowboard.

154 Agent = perfect perfect perfect flex. i went from a rome Artifact which is next level for rails but to soft for riding, to the 154 Agent which is the perfect all around flex. The Agent is a medium-soft board but really snappy so you can butter easily but the board will still be able to pop hard out of it. Pretty much if your a jib monkey get an artifact if you ride anything else get the agent done.

Only one work to describe this board...

Siiick. This board rips park, powder, and everything in between. The flex makes for silky smooth butters, but its still got enough pop to bomb tables all day.

if your going straight for rails get a board more dedicated to it..
the agent is great all around but if you just wanna slay rails get some thing along the lines of a kink, box scratcher ect, www something softer

well dude. this board is pretty versatile. There isn't anything this board can do. The board is pretty sick on jumps because it feels so right, under ur feet. I think it doesn't has as much flex as i would like, but i think its a real winner. If you lived in kinda crappy conditions you should get a skate banana. if you want a more buttery feel go with k2 www rocker or parkstar. all 4 of those are pro. and for the cheaptrick . . . never really heard of it..

I'm an Agent

By:

Yep, I have one too and what more can I say than wow. Wow. For a park board, it is amazing. It has so much pop and butters like nothing else. In freshies, it performs like a champ. Definitely a meat and potatoes board to add to your barrage of snow sticks.

Im looking at getting the Agent, i spend most days riding powder

Im looking at getting the Agent, i spend most days riding powder but i want to spend more time in the park hitting kickers and a few rails. would the agent suit this kind of riding?

Unlike the Crail or the Artifact, which have a softer flex and are almost rail specific, the Agent has long been Rome's go to board for riders everywhere who shred the whole mountain and might not know if they'll end up in the park or in a powder field.

SO Fun!

I went from riding a stiff board which I use to love until I took this bad boy out for a spin. It was softer but not a noodle. I have taken it out in pow and had THE BEST time. In hard pack it was great and fast. I would highly recommend this for a true all mountain board. It's not a park only. I never ride women-specific boards so that could be why it's a bit stiffer for me than it would be for a dude. It's an overall fun time board. NO MORE stiff boards for this gal I am all about the flex now. Makes cutting quick turns in trees or traversing so much easier. Oh and get these with the 390 bindings. Greatest set up EVERRRR
