Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Binding - 2008

The Ride Beta MVMNT Snowboard Binding packs the performance that team riders Mickey LeBlanc and Darrell Mathes count on to dominate their video parts on huge booters and urban rails. A Mobility Core ankle strap and Comfortable Grip toe strap hold your foot in place for a zero-slop fit without stoke-sapping pressure points. Ride uses its Movement Chassis System to give you the stiffness you need for quick edge-to-edge transfers and still maintain enough lateral flexibility to nose press like it’s nothing.

Bottom Line: Pro performance to help you step up your own riding.

Great bindings

Light, responsive. Lots of baseplate padding. What more do you want? One of the best toe straps around for sure. The ratchets are a bit sticky, but never a problem on the hill. Comparable to Rome 390s or Burton Cartels in terms of flex & response, but the stiff aluminum baseplate is not for everyone. Built like it'll last forever.

It depends on how low volume the boot, but I highly doubt it. Go with the 11-13

SIIIIIIIIICCCKKKKK!!!!

I absolutely love these bindings!!! The new "grip toe strap" is amazing and works with all sizes and shapes of boots. Very cushy but extremely durable bindings...practically bulletproof. The ratchets are metal (not crappy plastic) and its a noticeable difference. You can't go wrong with these.

Durable?

I bought BETA MVMT back in 2006. The bindings worked GREAT! They are responsive and very light weight! However, after a year and half of use i bought a new board, and when i took the bindings off i noticed the base plates had been stipped some. (note this was not due to improper mounting) So i thought okay ride will cover it. I call them up and they not only deny me, but they say they can't even ship new ones to me because i live FPO/AP... talk abou bad customer service. So basically the equipment is good just the durability and customer service is questionable. And don't be fooled me the lifetime warranty... major restrictions on getting stuff replaced.

So sick

I've gotten so many compliments on this binding. The hot pink definitely catches the eye. Great all around binding though...the metal is super strong and durable. And I love the toe strap...conforms perfect with any boot fast and easy. *The aluminum in the baseplate will have less flex than a plastic one. But it will last longer. (And in my opinion isn't that noticeable.)

i have riden these bindings for just this season so far and already problems. this is not good for a company that is supposed to have stepped up their game seeing as they have been around for a while. so last night i was jibbin wit my boys and the release for my ratchet on my toe cap broke. GREAT!!!!! my other boy had the EX's and his toe cap just came off(the threads from the locker were stripped) so that ended the night pretty quick. the bindings are very light and super comfy but like in the other review and the quality of product is questionable. hopefully they will replace my strap or whatever they have to do to fix my s***. all in all not a bad binding but would def go for a pair of UNION or ROME. all personal preferance
