My friend rides these and tells me that you can email ride and they'll send you some new ones with proof of purchase. (least thats what he says) But i am sure that your local snowboard shop carries extras and we'll replace them for free if they do. (The BC surf and sport, The Click, and Satallite havee alldone that for bindings for me that i didnt even buy there) the snowboard community is awesome when it comes to helping out.
It's not in the picture above, as it was added right before production. But Ride added an extension piece to the outside of the binding to 100% guarantee that your foot stays in place while you ride.
Edit: Guess it is in the picture. But it's a great update from last year to keep your boot in place and give you all the support and performance you need.
