The Rome Means Jacket’s relaxed, articulated fit lets you move freely when you’re throwing down 540’s in the backcountry, and the fully taped seams keep you dry if you eat it. This jacket is rather cool, its 20k so it won't let a damn thing through not wind nor rain, the only spose you could say bad thing is it looks so good i won't be wearing it on the hill cos i'm scared of damaging it....Ha
I buy 4-5 Jackets a season and this is one of the best Jackets ive own'd ever...Thanks to Dogfunk and the awesome discount, peas hombre's

This jacket is a shell, for temps like that you need a jacket with insulation, possibly even a down jacket, the warmest you can get! You can layer with a shell, wear a couple hoodies or whatever, and be okay for temps getting into the low teens, but -20 to -30 is pretty damn cold, I would look into a down jacket for sure!
