These boots are LIGHT. They really don't compare to anything else I found out there in the weight category. I was riding Burton Ions, and these boots shaved over a pound off of each foot, which makes a very noticeable difference by the middle / end of the day (I have big feet, which means gear weight is always a battle). They offer a bit less stiffness than I'm used to, but then I'm an all-mountain freestyle rider. For anyone looking for a killer, flyweight freestyle boot, this is it.
