If you call yourself a fan of punk or hardcore and you aren’t familiar with Bad Brains, then stop reading this. Go buy their self-titled album immediately, and play it on the loudest speakers you can find. Once you’re finished punching holes in plate-glass windows, check out Vans’ tribute to one of the most influential bands of all time - you’ll recognize the design on the back of the Etienne jacket from Bad Brains' cover artwork.
