Well, you could probably wear it on a warmer day on the hill, but casual means out and about town, at the bar, cruzin for honeys...It will not be "waterproof" in the sense a normal volcom jacket will be, but I'm sure it will be steezy for around town. I'm ordering one in black for spring riding on the hill!!
