Volcom Nigiri Mod Board Short - Men's

After a long night of macro-brews and beer bongs, pull on the Volcom Men’s Nigiri Mod Board Short and head down to the beach-side cabana for a caterpillar roll and a few rounds of sake. Nylon fabric rides comfortably in our out of the water, and it dries quickly after you decide to take a dip. The 20-inch outseam gives you coverage without saggin’ to your shins, and the modular zip-fly won’t snag your short and curlies when you hit the little boy’s after your third pitcher of rice wine.

Bottom Line: Nothing like a little raw eel and rice wine to settle the stomach.

Cool shorts - but short.

I had a pair of Volcolm baggies that I loved, but lost, a couple years ago. I've been looking for a replacement, so I went with these. I like the style, but they are too short. I have long legs - I'm 6'4" - but most Volcolm stuff fits me. I like the shorts, they look great, feel great, but a little too short for me.

Whats the difference in material between the Nigiri Mod and the Planer Mod? are there any other differences or is it just that red stitch on the planer mod that makes them different

What up Dustin. There are a couple differences between the Planer mod and the Nigiri Mod-- mainly length and material.

The Nigiri has a 20 inch outseam (hits at top of knee cap) and is made of 100% Nylon Herringbone.

The Planer features a longer, 22 inch outseam which will hit at the bottom of the knee cap and is made of slightly softer, slightly heavier Polyester Super Suede.

Both have Volcom Modulator zip fly. I hope that helps you out.

What is Nigiri? Get these. An 18 inseam is way too short unless your real jacked and real tan. 22's are mega long for 5'5". Waist runs a bit large, but get
