The shirt does run a tad big, it is not as fitted, Bit it is freaking amazing. The Spandex in the shirt give it a very comfortable feel and non restricting. I would recommend this shirt to anyone.

Hey Grant, you will definitely want a size Large. I am 6 feet 150 lbs and wear a Large in XYZs. As the XYZ is a fairly slim fit, the medium will likely be too short in the torso/arms and tight between your shoulders. I hope that answers your question.

Fit is great, and the color is relaxing. Order came toot sweet and even placing the order was easier than opening a soda can!

This shirt is great. It fits somewhat slim and is really comfortable. I'm 5'5" or so, and the Medium fit perfectly. Definitely fits true to size, like any other Volcom shirt. The red color is a dark red, and looks way good with jeans.
