I just ordered these boats. i was kind of worried because of the reviews and not quite sure about the size. But usually, when I get boats, I can not get bigger sizes, but have to get smaller sizes or my exact size because they will often end up too big. Anyways, I normally wear a size 10 heel and a size 9 boot so I decided to stick with my normal boot size, and ordered a nine. I did and the fit is perfect! These boots are very comfortable and warm.
I wear a 10 and ordered a 10.5 because of everyone's comments about them running small. Glad I didn't go bigger. They seem a little big but perhaps because they feel like they start getting wider as it heads down to the toes. Can get thicker socks on for colder weather and there'd be room. I'd stick with your true size first. Not sure yet if I'm going to exchange them for a 10 or not. Yes they are cute for winter boots.

I normally wear a size 6 in shoes and dress boots (live in the south , this will be first pair of snow boots) should i order a 6 1/2 or a 7 in this sorel boot? thanks in advance for your help!! laura
These boots are very flattering. Cute boot for women. I am normaly an 8.5 and ordered a 9. I would not have gone any smaller. I bought these for my outdoor wedding n February and I can't wait to wear them.
...and once again...
really cute boot but a bit annoying get the fit right. Just as others have mentioned, they run very small so order a size up. I wear a size 8 to 8.5 always and have always hated buying a 9 because they would "grow" too much and then I would never wear them again after one wearing but this boot is different. I ordered an 8 and had to send it back. Got the 9 and it is much better. They look really cute...don't make your ankles to huge either...and won't "grow" because of the materials. I bought the white and think they are going to look really cute in the snow...next winter!
I wear a 8 to an 8.5 normally and never buy shoes or boots in a 9 but I have to here because they run small so save yourself the shipping and buy a size up so that you won't have to send a shipment back...super cute...
Perfectly cute and functional winter boots
I have Uggs, but have been looking for something cute and more waterproof to play in the snow and deal with Midwestern winters. I love these (I got the oyster/purple color) and have gotten so many compliments on them. The are warm and effectively waterproof without looking like clunky snowboots.

HOw do these run size wise??? I normally wear a 9 or 9.5 but they only have pink in a 10...but I am thinking I'd have thick socks on as well! Help!
I know a bad chick who says these run kinda big. Going up a 1/2 size wouldn't be too bad, but a full size might be overkill. Go w/ the 9.

Does this boot run true to size or on the big size like other Sorel boots? Normally I wear an 8 but wonder if I should order a 7? Please let me know before you run out. Thanks!
These are going to run on the wider side, like most sorrels.
My new favorite Sorels!
LOVE them but not as "hardy" as my original Sorels (not as warm and grippy). I'll get more use out of these since they look they are so darn cute and my feet stay toasty enough for comfort.
Overall good but slippery
Overall, I really like these boots. The style is great and they are comfortable and very warm. I do wish that they were a little higher though to better keep out snow. Also, they are VERY slippery on smooth, wet surfaces such as floors and wooden porches (I've almost fallen a bunch of times) which I was really surprised about since I thought they would have better traction than sneakers since they are make for walking on snow and ice.
pretty in pink
used these boots for the 1st time over christmas break in mammoth, got plenty of compliments on the looks, they kept my feet pretty toasty, even made my feet sweat which is new for me!!little slippery though when walking.
These aren't your dad's Sorels
All of the performance and warmth of a Sorel boot without looking like a lumberjack! I love these boots. The new designs are a crowd stopper. If you don't like it when people you don't know stop you in the grocercy store to tell you how much they like something you are wearing than don't buy these boots. Everyone wants to know who makes them and where they can get them.

are these durable/warm/waterproof enough for snowmobiling?
The Sorel Torino is a great quality boot but more a little more fashion oriented. They still offer the great durability of a Sorel and are made to withstand the elements. They have the waterproof, rubber sole and a water resistant upper. They should be able to handle activities like snowmobiling however, you may want to consider the height of the boot. They are a bit shorter.
